Crave Spam

Crave Spam is the monthly news letter for the students and parents of Crave Student Ministries. Check out below for all the latest Crave happenings. For more info on Crave please check out the student ministry page on C3’s Web site.

 

We have some awesome events coming up this month and it starts Sunday, July 6th with the C3 benefit Concert.  We’ll be meeting at the Avalon Park band shell at 5:30pm for some food, fun and of course a kick’n concert by Shane and Shane.  The concert is free; however you’ll want to bring some money for food and of course to donate to help build clean water wells in Africa.  Also, make sure you wear your Crave summer shirts – let’s represent.

 

Then on Wednesday, July 9th Crave is heading to Islands of Adventure.  The cost is $49 per student and is due this Sunday, July 6th.  If for some reason you can not get me your payment on July 6th, please send me an email (travis@c3orlando.com) by this Thursday, July 3rd letting me know that you’re definitely coming and we can then work out payment for the park.  If you currently have passes to IOA, you can definitely use your passes and there is no cost for you to join us at the park.  However, if you have IOA passes and are planning to come, please let me know by email this week so I can make sure we have enough rides for everyone. 

 

Big Stuf campers; camp stars Monday July 28th.  We will be having an informational meeting for parents and students on Wednesday, July 23rd.   We’ll be meeting at Verna Gange’s home from 7 to 8pm.  For specific directions please call Verna at 407.380.0707. 

 

There has also been a change in our Rock Springs event in August.  We will be moving Rock Springs to Monday August 11th from 10am to 3pm. 

 

 

 

Transportation is available for students who need a ride to and from events.  To receive a ride from a Crave Leader, students will need to let me know they need a ride when they pay for the event.  Students who are receiving a ride must arrive at the Waterford Lakes Regal Theaters (Church), no later than 45 minutes before the event start time.  Students can then be picked up at the same location approximately 45 minutes after the event end time.  Parents; if you transport your students to and from events, please know that Crave supervision begins and ends with the times listed on the calendar for each event.
